- Provides financial and business consulting services to financial entities including:
- Community and Regional Banks
- Credit Unions and Credit Union Service Organizations
- De Novo Financial Institutions
- Mortgage Companies and Specialty Lenders
- Broker Dealers and Investment Advisors
- Banking Buy-Side Investment entities comprised of Family Offices, Private Equity/Hedge Funds, Structured Finance Companies, and High Net Worth Individuals
- Extensive experience in providing services that support financial institutions in the areas of valuations (tangible and intangible assets), forensic services, mergers and acquisitions, business improvement and profit enhancement.
- Advises clients through due diligence matters, balance sheet restructuring, regulatory compliance and other strategic and operational issues.
- Prior to launching Olejniczak Advisors, Ed was the leader of consulting services for the Financial Services Industry Group at UHY Advisors, Inc. Other past experience includes working for boutique advisory/investment banking firms focused on financial institutions and a large publicly-traded company where he was responsible for SEC research, reporting and capital market and treasury functions. Ed started his career as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP-Detroit.
